One Union is happy to announce that we have undergone a studio upgrade! With the help of Cutting Edge Audio and Video Group we have upgraded five of our studios to new 12-Core Mac Pro computers running the latest Pro Tools software and plug-ins. We are excited to provide these upgrades to our clients and are looking forward to seeing how they will enhance future projects!

Matt Zipkin recorded ADR for the series, which premiered on January 19, 2014. We are thrilled to have been able to work on this monumental show, which TV.com has lauded for its real and honest look at life and finding love in the City by the Bay.

Joaby Deal, Senior Engineer worked with Jason Headley who wrote, directed and starred in It’s Not About the Nail , which has been chosen as a Vimeo Staff Pick . Headley has been featured on the NBC Today Show . The viral video offers a humorous take on the differences between male and female communication styles. Joaby has also worked on a few of his other videos here is a link to Jason’s other work.

Joaby Deal receives 2013 AICE Nomination

Senior Engineer Joaby Deal mixed the new advertising for Logitech’s UE campaign, with San Francisco-based DOJO. He has two finalists in the Best Mix category at the 2013 AICE awards. The spots were entitled El General and Truce, they were created by DOJO for their client Logitech. The campaign consists of three videos, all depicting real-life situations where music played a vital role. The New York Times wrote an in-depth article on DOJO’s new Logitech UE campaign.

Senior engineers Eben Carr and Craig Helmholz collaborated with Stef Smith and Jen Szeto from ad agency Mekanism to produce a few spots for the San Francisco based cleaning product company method. method has been working to design the smartest, greenest and best-looking cleaning products on the market and their videos are creating quite the splash as mentioned in the New York Times and the Huffington Post.
